is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a talented team in a dynamic hospitality environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff management to guest experience, to ensure the continued success of this popular establishment.
What you'll be doing
Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations, including overseeing staff scheduling, training and development.
Ensure exceptional customer service and a consistently high-quality dining experience.
Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and other financial aspects of the restaurant.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth.
Foster a positive, motivating team culture and lead by example.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the
hospitality industry
.
Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations, including staff, budgets, and inventory.
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
Proficient in using restaurant management software and data analysis.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Current Australian work authorisation is required.
