The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic
HSE Advisor
to join our Telecommunications team on an initial 6-month contract. This newly created
office-based role
will focus on updating HSE systems and management plans to ensure compliance and support delivery of our nbn N2P project. While the role is initially short-term, there is potential for extension depending on project requirements and work volumes.
What you'll be doing
* Update and maintain HSE systems and management plans.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Assist with reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
* Foster a strong safety culture through effective communication and system management.
About You
* Approximately
2 years' experience
in an HSE role, ideally within project operations or telecommunications.
* Cert IV in Work Health and Safety
(or equivalent).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Office 365.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
