Job Description
We are expanding our team in Ryde and surrounding suburbs We would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community.
We are open to applications from Occupational Therapists of all experience levels seeking full-time or part-time roles.
In this role, you will:
* Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions and capacities through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant.
* Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based.
* Support and advise on environmental adaptations, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
* Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence.
Qualifications
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and openness to testing and learning new ideas.
* Seeking a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
* Ability to work independently.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
