About You
* Degree in Civil Engineering, with CPEng or working towards.
* 7+ years' experience in civil design, infrastructure or land development.
* Proficient in roads, drainage, utilities and earthworks design.
* Comfortable leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
* Strong communicator with experience engaging clients, councils and contractors.
* Familiar with Australian standards and approvals processes.

* Manage civil design from concept through delivery.
* Coordinate and review work across multidisciplinary teams.
* Prepare reports, drawings, cost estimates and tender documents.
* Liaise with clients, councils and service authorities.
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
* Conduct site visits and resolve design or construction issues.
