ROLE
Due to growth, the position of Management Accountant has been created.
Managing the internal finance function
Payroll, AP, AR, Bank Recs, Invoicing
Identifying areas of improvement within the internal systems and processes
Work alongside the external accountants
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following :
Ideally degree qualified
3-5+ years experience within an accounting or high level bookkeeping position
Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
Ability to use Xero, MYOB and Excel
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
Outstanding communication and presentation
Ability to provide feedback to the executive team and identify areas on how the company can improve
