We're now looking for a Childcare Administrator to join our West Perth Head Office, supporting our centre network and leadership team behind the scenes.

About The Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisation skills and a deep understanding of the systems and processes that make childcare centres run smoothly. You'll work closely with the Owner and General Manager, providing support across enrolments, funding, and systems.

Whether you're a seasoned Centre Administrator looking for a change from day-to-day centre life, or a 2IC Centre Manager ready to expand your skills into group-level operations—this could be your next great move.

Key Responsibilities


* Manage enrolments, waitlists, and family communications using LineLeader CRM
* Handle CCS enrolments and family accounts using Xplor software
* Oversee debt management processes and respond to general account queries from families
* Support the culture and values of our organisation through consistent, high-quality work

What You'll Bring
* Proven experience with Xplor and Child Care Subsidy (CCS) processes
* Familiarity with LineLeader CRM or similar lead/conversion platforms
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
* A genuine interest in the childcare sector and supporting its continued success
