**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist/administrator to carry out key administrative tasks within our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, collecting and entering personal details, scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries.
In addition, they will be required to enter and process patient billing, monitor and assess the administration care path of all patients, maintain and manage patient information, support WHS officers and committees, and model and promote our organisational vision and values.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar medical treatment facility type role, with excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to communicate with clarity both verbally and written, and competence in using computer systems including Word and Excel.
