About the role A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior MRI Technologist to join our professional & friendly team at SKG Currambine. This is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career in one of the most up and coming modalities within Radiology. As a Senior in the team and the go-to person for all matters relating to MRI you will develop close working relationships with our Radiologists, Managers, Referrers and external service providers to ensure we consistently provide a high quality service to our patients. You will be responsible for MRI workflow and the day to day running of the MRI service at Currambine providing training and coaching to the team. This position is Full Time, working 75 hours a fortnight Monday through Friday. Shifts will vary throughout the day including early and late starts, as well as weekend shifts. About you Our Ideal candidate will: - Hold a degree in Medical Imaging (or equivalent) - Be registered with AHPRA –& hold a WA Radiation Safety Licence - Possess advanced level MRI skills and experience - Hold ASMIRT MRI Level 1 Accreditation - Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team - Display excellent communication, organisational and time management skills - Display a Patients First. attitude at all times Please note that the successful candidate is required to provide evidence of vaccination/immunity/screening to a list of vaccine-preventable diseases prior to commencement of employment.
