The Role
4. Maintain electronic filing system
5. Point of contact for both internal & external stakeholders
6. Data entry and ad-hoc administrative tasks
7. Assisting in the preparation of documentation
8. Minute taking
9. Write and distribute emails, forms, and letters.
10. Customer service & stakeholder management
The Experience
11. People-friendly and can-do attitude
12. Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, and office assistant
13. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
14. Logical thinker with an eye for detail
15. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple and competing tasks
16. Excellent organisational skills
17. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
18. Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
