The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support, both remotely and on-site, while building lasting relationships with clients, based in Geelong, as a trusted advisor, taking ownership of large customer environments and providing specialist expertise support.
Key responsibilities include offering advanced IT support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and managing technology infrastructure.
You'll liaise with vendors and third-party contractors, oversee asset management, and lead the implementation of new technologies.
Additionally, you will mentor IT support technicians, act as an escalation point, and ensure high-quality service delivery, staying updated on emerging technologies and contributing to IT project design.
What You Bring To The Role
1. Minimum 5 years experience within an MSP environment, with proven, hands-on experience as a Level 3 Infrastructure Support engineer.
2. Advanced Server and Network knowledge in Cloud (Azure) and on-prem infrastructure.
3. Solid experience providing exceptional Infrastructure Support within a client-facing environment, troubleshooting and delivering complex systems and network related issues.
4. Microsoft and Networking Certifications required.
