We are seeking experienced Garden Maintenance Horticulturists and Garden Maintenance Labourers to join our growing team. All work is based in the Southern Highlands. These roles are ideally suited to applicants living in South‐West Sydney or Wollongong willing to commute, or those looking to make a lifestyle change to the Highlands region.
About the role
Garden Maintenance Horticulturist
* Perform garden maintenance including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilising.
* Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of plants.
* Monitor plant health and apply horticultural knowledge to maintain vibrant landscapes.
* Liaise with clients and team members to ensure high standards are met.
Garden Maintenance Labourer
* Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, and site cleanups.
* Assist with basic planting and pruning under supervision.
* Use and maintain garden tools and equipment safely.
About you
* Proven experience in similar role
* Qualified in Horticulture or related field (Horticulturist role only)
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in all weather conditions
* Sound knowledge of horticulture and soft landscaping
* Drivers licence
* White Card
