The Role


As a Key Account Manager you'll be the key link between our business and valued customers. We're seeking motivated individuals to join our growing commercial team who will focus on managing existing customer accounts while actively developing new business across transport agriculture wholesale service station sectors.


This is an office-based role with clear career progression opportunities for high performers looking to build a long-term career in the fuel energy industry.



Key Responsibilities


* Manage grow portfolio of fuel customers
* Proactively prospect onboard new customers across transport agriculture retail fuel markets Prepare issue fuel pricing quotes contract documentation Maintain accurate customer records CRM internal systems Provide outstanding customer service account support Identify cross-sell upsell opportunities Work closely operations scheduling teams ensure smooth delivery outcomes Meet exceed sales volume targets


A successful candidate will possess strong communication relationship-building skills High level computer literacy(CRM systems ZOHO Excel email pricing tools) A customer-centric mindset attention detail Self-motivation drive results Ability fast-paced commercial environment Professional phone negotiation capability Experience B2B sales CRM(ZOHO) IT infrastructure management Understanding industries responsible logistics freight transportation Supply Chain Management For success candidates must have experience working directly consumer businesses exhibited exceptional time manage organizational skills ensuring consistently deliverables promptly meet set objectives Further technical knowledge preferred preferably gained through one year full-time exposure following roles highly beneficial:
