About The Role
* Evaluate complex question-answer pairs written by experts and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses.
* Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across various topics in Chemistry, while also developing references and examples of tasks.
* Audit and evaluate tasks completed by AI Trainers, ensuring they align with project guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content as necessary to improve quality.
This role requires a Master's or PhD degree in Chemistry or a related field, at least 6 years of professional experience, advanced English skills, and experience in writing or evaluating complex LLM prompts.
