Role Responsibilities
* Assist clients with lodgement of claims with insurers;
* Data entry of claims into Insight system;
* Provide advice to clients on best possible resolution;
* Follow up of claims processes with insurers;
* Ensure clients receive full entitlements from claim;
* Maintain client claim files;
* Answer incoming claims calls;
* Handle under excess claims for clients including recovery.
