We are seeking a dedicated Claims Consultant to join our dynamic team in Tullamarine VIC. As a Claims Consultant you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing insurance claims for valued pet owners.
* Reviewing and assessing insurance claims to ensure they are valid and accurate
* Communicating with customers to gather any additional information required to process claims
* Coordinating with veterinary providers and other stakeholders to facilitate the timely resolution of claims
* Providing clear and transparent updates to customers throughout the claims process
* Identifying and escalating any complex or suspicious claims for further investigation
* Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the claims handling process
* Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
