The Role
* Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the venue as the Responsible Person
* Provide hands‑on leadership with a strong customer‑focused approach
* Confidently engage with both locals and visitors
* Flexible roster including open and close shifts across weekdays and weekends
* RP Badge, RSG, and TAB experience are essential
