Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on employment law, including industrial relations, workplace policies, unfair dismissals, and discrimination claims.
* Assist with employment-related disputes, including litigation in relevant tribunals and courts.
* Draft and review employment contracts, workplace policies, and other legal documents.
* Advise on workplace investigations, compliance, and risk management strategies.
* Support clients with workplace restructuring, redundancies, and enterprise bargaining agreements.
* Stay up-to-date with employment law developments and provide thought leadership on emerging trends.
Requirements:
* 2–5 years PQE in employment law gained at a reputable law firm or in-house team.
* Strong communication and client management skills with the ability to provide commercially focused advice.
* A proactive and team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required.
