What You'll Do
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
* Offering personal care and assistance with everyday tasks
* Supporting clients to participate in their community and social activities
* Helping with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
* Following personalised support plans
* Encouraging a safe, supportive, and positive environment
* Building strong, empowering relationships
* Working collaboratively with the wider team
What You'll Need
Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Police Check completed within the past six months
* Valid Australian driver's licence
* A reliable vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property insurance
* Preferred: At least one year of experience in disability support
