The Operations Manager Service is a key role that oversees the management of workshops and contract sites to achieve business objectives. This involves planning, controlling, and delivering service work efficiently with strong resource and cost management.
* Plan, control, and deliver service work efficiently.
* Manage workshops and contract sites in line with regional operations goals.
* Ensure all workshops and contract sites operate as a unified Service Centre, covering workshop repairs, component repairs, and field service contracts.
* Oversee the rollout of global workshop standards, lean principles, methods, and processes.
* Identify and utilise synergies to optimise manpower planning.
* Prepare monthly reporting and analysis for the management team.
* Oversee the financial performance of workshops and contract sites, including job profitability and cost control.
* Prepare site budgets and work with stakeholders on strategic growth plans.
* Build strong relationships with customers and support teams in resolving technical issues.
