CloudApps Consulting is seeking an ERP Recruitment Consultant/resourcer to join our new business.
About CloudApps Consulting
CloudApps Consulting specialise in resourcing, recruitment, and consulting services across Cloud-based ERP products such as SalesForce, Workday, Dynamics 365, Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow.
We are wholly owned by Speller International which is one of Australia’s largest and most respected SAP specific resourcing & recruitment companies; they focus exclusively (and specifically) on SAP contract resourcing and permanent recruitment within the ANZ region.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Source top-tier candidates across Cloud ERP domains using databases, networking, advertising, and social media
- Build and maintain strong talent pools and pipelines to support ongoing recruitment needs
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs including candidate outreach, CV submissions, and placements
- Collaborate closely with BDMs to understand client requirements and deliver quality shortlists
- Negotiate candidate terms ethically and professionally to ensure win-win outcomes
- Advertise roles across approved platforms and explore new channels with management approval
- Support reverse marketing efforts and provide market insights to BDMs
- Promote CloudApps Consulting’s brand positively across all interactions and platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, ideally within tech or ERP domains
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
