We are looking for a results-driven and solution-oriented Enterprise Sales Director with a passion for Microsoft Business Applications and Power Platform. If you are a technology enthusiast with a consultative sales approach and the ability to build long-term client relationships, this role is for you.
As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will identify new customer opportunities and cultivate them into sustainable partnerships. You will act as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and business consultant to clients, leveraging both your expertise and a range of marketing and business development resources.
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the consumer landscape, competitive market, and the ability to analyse, forecast, and implement effective sales strategies. Strong commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential.
Responsibilities
* New Business Development: Identify and engage commercially viable clients, presenting the value proposition of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Barhead’s Professional Services.
* End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
* Pipeline Growth: Utilize digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Barhead’s extensive database, and personal connections to identify and develop new opportunities.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Collaboration with Microsoft: Partner closely with Microsoft’s sales teams to introduce Barhead’s solutions to strategic customers.
* Solution Selling: Work with the delivery team to design the right solutions for clients, ensuring all commercial agreements, such as licenses and Statements of Work (SoW), align with Barhead’s processes.
* CRM & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track and forecast opportunities.
* Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts to expand Barhead’s footprint.
Microsoft Relationship Management
* Strengthen Barhead’s partnership with Microsoft sellers to drive joint success.
* Coordinate with Microsoft alliances (OCP) to ensure consistent communication and collaboration between the two organizations.
Note: As Barhead continues to grow, this role may evolve to include additional responsibilities in line with business needs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
* 6+ years of consultative sales experience in a services sales environment (preferably within Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or cloud-based software).
* A strong track record in new business development, including commercial negotiations.
* Experience engaging senior management and fostering long-term client relationships.
Sales & Commercial Skills:
* Expertise in designing service solutions tailored to clients' strategic goals.
* Proven ability to exceed financial targets and drive revenue growth.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Communication & CRM:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM platforms for accurate and timely sales forecasting.
Technical & Market Knowledge:
* Familiarity with enterprise solutions and cloud-based technologies.
* Understanding of competitive products and market dynamics.

Commission guarantee: In the first six (6) months of employment the company will pay you 23% ($4,800) of your eligible commission in the form of a non-recoverable guarantee.This will be paid monthly, and the payment shall be either the 23% guarantee or the actual achievement against your quota, whichever is the greater amount.
Commission structure: 5% of service commission, as discussed with Ken Struthers
