Responsibilities
Acting as the key point of contact for PTP (Procure to Pay) and RTR (Record to Report) activities
Provide control and overview of all aspects of financial accounting, cash-flow management and statutory reporting, including preparation of statutory accounts and tax compliance obligations.
Business partner with finance team, global tax and internal controls team to develop and build strong relationships with your Customer teams, ensuring that you are fully involved in their financials and controls
Perform key tasks within Financial control team to ensure month end reporting is timely and accurate
Monitor monthly balance sheet reconciliations for team and for your finance partner to ensure correct accrual bookings at month end.
Review any incremental control opportunities and provide challenge to ensure that financials and related controls are robust
Develop and review joint delivery plans made between RB and our external auditors to ensure smooth delivery internally and externally
Work within the team to develop new processes & systems to ensure compliance with the group accounting policies and finance manual
Manage treasury on period-end cash requirements, deposit placement and general cash-flow needs, including providing weekly cash flow reports to Group Treasury and reviewing periodic Treasury accruals and reconciliations
Monitor and proactively highlight performance concerns and opportunities for effectiveness of shared services team, taking an active role in planning and driving measures to improve effectiveness and accuracy

Qualifications
Demonstrate knowledge / competency in performance of financial accounting, reporting and reconciliation relevant to the role
Experience with Hyperion
Strong communication and influencing skills
