The Opportunity
Skilled Medical is seeking experienced Senior Medical Officers with a strong background in General Practice or as a Rural Generalist for Paediatric Urgent Care shifts at a metropolitan hospital in Perth, Western Australia. This is an ideal opportunity for GPs or Emergency Department doctors looking for urgent care locum jobs in Perth or flexible medical roles in WA within a specialist paediatric setting.
This position is based in Perth, making it perfect for local candidates or those already based in the metropolitan area. You'll contribute to a vital healthcare service, focusing on paediatric urgent care.
A range of shifts are available, including weekday afternoon/evening shifts and full weekend shifts.
Available Shifts:
July 2025:
Saturday 19 (14:00-22:00)
Sunday 20 (08:00-16:00)
Saturday & Sunday 26 & 27 (08:00-22:00)
Monday 28 - Thursday 31 (14:00-22:00)
August 2025:
Friday 1 (14:00-22:00)
Saturday & Sunday 2 & 3 (08:00-22:00)
Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration
Right to Work in Australia
Experience in urgent care, Emergency Department (ED), or paediatric emergency settings.
Strong skills in managing a diverse range of urgent presentations.
