Permanent Full time | Melbourne or Parramatta based | Superannuation & Insurance experience only In this role, you'll be accountable for: Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and uncover the best configuration solutions. Building, testing, and documenting configuration changes across core registry systems, web platforms, and related applications. Complete Business Requirements where necessary and produce Configuration Specifications. Ensure configuration solution design meets business requirements and solution is understood by Business, Technical Development and Test Teams Supporting BA, technical, development, and testing teams throughout the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Applying your SQL and systems knowledge to deliver robust, practical outcomes. Troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. Investigate and consult on pragmatic alternatives for short, medium, and long-term solutions to a problem Work and collaborate with third and/or vendor parties to deliver integrated system solutions What you bring: 3 years’ experience as a BA or administrator in superannuation and/or insurance. Hands-on experience with registry systems and related applications. Working knowledge of SQL/Java/Oracle and the ability to navigate SDLC processes with confidence. Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a knack for identifying process improvements. Sound understanding of IT application and system design best practice. Experience working in an outsourced or offshored environment.
