Responsibilities
Daily operation of the café includes opening and closing; manage all aspects of the program; uphold company standards; provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* 2+ years experience in a high-volume setting managing all facets of the program.
* Basic latte art skills.
* Positive attitude, strong communication skills and work ethic.
* Own transport.
* Well‐organised with excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, time management and attention to detail.
* Proven focus on customer service and results‐driven.
