About the role
Provide assessments across home modifications, equipment prescription, rehabilitation, functional capacity assessments (FCA's), SIL, SDA, and more.
Work with HCP, DVA, and CHSP clientele.
Enhance your clients' quality of life by promoting independence and wellbeing.

Competitive salary $80,000–$125,000 + superannuation

What you'll need ??
AHPRA Registration
Current and unrestricted working rights
Current driver's licence (unrestricted)
National Police Clearance, NDIS Screening, and WWCC (or willing to obtain)
