About the Role
As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the Club's operations, services, and recreational facilities. Working closely with fitness instructors, personal trainers, and contractors, you'll ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery across the Sporting Club of Sydney.
In this hands‐on leadership role, you'll support the Operations team in providing a seamless and premium experience for all members and guests. You'll assist with overseeing key areas such as aquatics, the gym floor, plant room operations, and group fitness programs. You'll also be involved in managing training, facility presentation, safety compliance, and contractor performance.
