Job Summary:
Chef — we're looking for a seasoned culinary professional to lead our kitchen team. As a Culinary Operations Specialist, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with our Chef de Cuisine to develop new recipes and menus
2. Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
3. Operate kitchen equipment efficiently to meet food safety standards
4. Advise on improving current food operations
Venue Security & Compliance:
Maintain the security of food stock, access control systems, and alarm codes.
Safety:
Ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures (HACCP).
Personal Presentation:
Present yourself in accordance with dress standards, maintain a positive attitude, and respond to requests that contribute to the overall success of the venue's operations.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager
2. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
