We are looking for several Nitrogen Operators known internally as Chemical Cleaning Technician (Nitrogen Specialist) The Role and Responsibilities Operate equipment for N2 or N2He supply (including but not limited to N2 pumps, vaporisers, leak detection equipment, membrane spread, compressed gases) Conduct routine checks, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Preparing rig-up equipment, hook-up to existing client site/facilities and recording technical data as per procedure.
Documenting instructions from clients, deviations to specifications, loss and/or damage.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance ensuring all auxiliary and service equipment is maintained and classified 'ready for use' Reporting accidents, incidents, near-misses or unsafe conditions and take necessary steps to prevent accidental damage to property, plant, equipment or environment.
Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to support continuous improvement and schedule.
Ensure all operations are conducted safely in accordance with customer and company policies, procedures, and HSE standards.
Assist in training of crew.
The Requirements Standalone N2 pump operator 3-5 years' experience operating equipment for nitrogen / membrane units/ high-volume nitrogen services.
N2 Awareness and understanding Ability to work well and communicate with others, including Clients Previous LNG facility or shutdown campaign experience.
Understanding of P IDs, flow diagrams, and control systems.
