**Job Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team based in Welshpool. This is a fixed-term position that will provide high-level support to internal and external customers for all queries regarding parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders, and deliveries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality parts interpretation in a timely and professional manner through analysing parts books and other systems
* Providing customers with accurate estimates of lead time and cost utilizing the inventory and pricing systems
* Promoting the company's products positively and following quality assurance processes
* Maximising sales through proactively engaging with customers and providing solutions
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite. A current driver's licence is essential, and a forklift licence is advantageous.
