Scheduling Coordinator
Full-Time | Busy Registered Training Organisation
We are a well-established and fast-paced Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering a wide range of nationally accredited courses across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Scheduling Coordinator to take ownership of our online course scheduling, trainer timetables, and coordination of training delivery logistics.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of our online training programs, managing trainer availability, and supporting the administration of course delivery. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage training timetables across multiple programs and locations
* Coordinate trainer schedules and availability
* Liaise with trainers, assessors, and internal teams to meet delivery targets
* Set up new training sessions and virtual classrooms
* Assist with building new training locations or delivery formats
* Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes or urgent requests
* Ensure accurate data entry into scheduling and student management systems
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Strong background in scheduling, rostering, or workforce planning
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word)
* Experience in an RTO or educational setting (highly regarded but not essential)
* Positive, solutions-focused mindset
