Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize a premium commercial property portfolio
* Develop and deliver strategies to maximize asset value and returns
* Negotiate leases, rent reviews, and tenant renewals
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
* Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders
* Oversee maintenance, capital works, and compliance
* Monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of Commercial Property Management experience or 5+ years of Residential Property Management experience
* Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice & up-to-date CPD
* Strata experience (highly desirable)
* Solid knowledge of the Retail Tenancies act (highly desirable)
