We're looking for a Receptionist to join our Moree team.

As a Receptionist, you'll ensure a welcoming environment by maintaining the reception area, managing mail, directing calls, and organising meetings, while providing excellent client service and administrative support for our team of accountants.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

Your day will be varied and interesting, offering the opportunity to engage in a range of tasks. Your day may look something like this…

Office Maintenance and Organisation: Begin your day by ensuring the reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms are neat and presentable. You'll also manage incoming and outgoing mail and keep the Document Management System up to date.

Client Interaction and Support: Greet clients and visitors professionally, manage client appointments, and handle phone calls. You'll ensure client confidentiality and provide excellent service, including offering refreshments and organizing meeting setups.

Administrative Duties: Throughout the day, you'll organize gifts and cards for clients' significant events, manage petty cash, and provide administrative support as needed. You'll also run errands and assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Supporting our professional team: Apart from the above, you'll also have the opportunity to assist our teams of accountants through providing assistance with a range of tasks and activities. Giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and your career!

About You:

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Receptionist with a strong background in business administration and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will excel in managing reception duties, communicating effectively with clients, and supporting the team with a positive and proactive attitude.

If you have some of the following skills, experience, or qualities, we would like to hear from you:

- Minimum Certificate 3 or 4 in Business Administration or equivalent, or comprehensive reception/office experience.

- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Ability to communicate with varied clientele over the phone or face-to-face.

- A pleasant and approachable manner to interact with the team and clients.

- Willingness to be flexible in carrying out duties and providing a service role for our clients and the team.

- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in utilising Microsoft applications.

- Ability to use a broad range of office technology.

- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take responsibility for following through on tasks.

- Demonstrated “can do” attitude.

- Highly organized and efficient in carrying out a multitude of tasks accurately and timely.
