Full Time Video Producer Wanted in Gold Coast, QLD
Xcite Advertising Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Video Producer to join our Gold Coast team. We are a leading National Advertising Company specializing in Automotive Photos and Videos .
The position is full-time and based in Gold Coast, Queensland, with occasional travel to Brisbane required. The role involves end-to-end commercial video production, primarily within the automotive sector, as well as coordination of multimedia projects across multiple dealership clients.
Applicants must hold a valid Australian manual driver's licence and have access to reliable transportation. Applicants must be legally permitted to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Candidates must be highly competent in manoeuvring and parking various vehicle types with both manual and automatic transmissions. The successful candidate must maintain access to up-to-date professional production equipment and software suitable for commercial video and photography work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards for commercial campaigns
* Plan and manage production schedules, budgets and logistics
* Film on location, direct on-screen talent and supervise lighting and audio capture
* Manage full post-production workflows including editing, colour grading and final delivery
* Produce video content suitable for broadcast, digital platforms and social media
* Integrate AI-assisted tools into commercial production workflows where appropriate
* Capture professional photography for commercial and promotional use
* Coordinate and oversee external photographers when required
* Liaise directly with dealership management and marketing teams
* Ensure technical quality, brand consistency and delivery standards across projects
Skills and Experience Required:
* Must have a manual drivers license
* Minimum 7 years' professional experience as a Video Producer or in a closely related role
* Demonstrated experience producing commercial content for nationally or internationally recognised brands, streaming platforms or broadcast networks
* Experience incorporating multiple types of AI tools into creative production workflows
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
* Professional photography experience in commercial environments
* Experience managing production teams or coordinating external creatives
* Strong organisational and client communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Can work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
* Experince in the automotive industry would be prefered
* Police Check Required
* Driver History may be required
* References and work history will be requested
