Strategic HR Partner - Mining Culture
This role is responsible for driving culture-based initiatives within the organization, partnering with operational leaders to implement people strategies.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance the organizational culture, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
