School of Education NSW/ACT - Strathfield
, the Associate Lecturer/Lecturer (Indigenous Education) will provide specific cultural and academic expertise and leadership to embed the delivery of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ways of Knowing, Doing and Being into the School of Education programs. The role contributes to excellence in teaching and curriculum development at both undergraduate and postgraduate level programs, with a focus on the national Away From Base program. The successful applicant will work with internal and external stakeholders in a local and national context to support building capacity and cultural responsiveness of the National School of Education academic staff to engage in the areas of teaching and learning.

Total remuneration valued to $97,571 - $131,935 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $82,449 - $111,487 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level A), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading or total remuneration valued to $142,635 - $168,220 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $120,529 - $142,305 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. The level of appointment will be determined based on the level of experience, skills and capability of the successful candidate.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
