**About The Role**:
Are you ready to play a vital role in one of the hospital’s most dynamic and fast-paced cardiac services? The TAVI and Mitral Valve Service, located in the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab at John Hunter Hospital, is looking for an experienced and motivated**Administrative Officer**to support the coordination and delivery of life-changing cardiac procedures.
- Manage**incoming referrals, waitlists, and RIMS
- Handle telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- ** T**ype clinical letters and other correspondence with high accuracy
- Coordinate and book patient appointments
- Prepare and maintain patient charts and documentation
- Provide diary management and general admin support to clinical staff
- Work collaboratively with the wider Cardiac Cath Lab team
**About You**:

- Experienced in healthcare administration (preferred)
- Proficient in typing and data entry, with attention to detail
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
