We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Hotel Service Manager.
Job Description:
This role involves leading a team and ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to guests at all times.
* Coordinate the workflow of the front office night team.
* Provide support, leadership, and guidance to the Front Office overnight team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out floor checks, where possible.
2. Check guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Property facilities and features.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Night Manager: Supervise and train Front Office Team Members to ensure standards and procedures are observed.
2. Assistant Manager: Lead by example in providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
Requirements:
* Background in hospitality management would be highly beneficial.
* Experience working with Sihot PMS would be advantageous.
