Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that guest rooms and suites are immaculate and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of our resort.
2. Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and all amenities provided to guests.
3. Restock guest room supplies, including toiletries, linens, and other essentials, with an eye for detail.
4. Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, lifts and stairs, and lounges, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
5. Respond promptly to guest requests and accommodate special housekeeping needs whenever possible.
6. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate departments to ensure prompt resolution.
7. Handle and dispose of waste and recyclables responsibly to maintain an eco-friendly environment.
8. Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and resort staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.
9. Uphold safety and sanitation standards to ensure a healthy and secure environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in housekeeping is prefered but not mandatory; we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional cleanliness.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
* Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
* Understanding of basic cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
