Your primary aim is to assist clients in planning, organising, and executing their special occasions with precision and ease.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinating the entire process, from initial meet and greets to site inspections and managing contractorsEstablish and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth delivery of eventsAll administrative elements of events such as preparation of event orders, run sheets, payment, and account settlementAddress any issues or unexpected challenges that may arise during the planning and execution of eventsDevelop a marketing plan in relation to weddings and active campaigns including attending any trade shows or fairs as requiredConnect with clients in the lead-up to, during, and following their wedding or eventCollaborating with various internal departments to guarantee a smooth event experienceSkills and ExperiencePrior experience in a comparable role, ideally with a background in orchestrating weddings and eventsProven dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring memorable guest experiencesProficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (essential)Experience with specialist wedding & events PMS platforms (desired)Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and well-developed verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work across weekdays as well as when required weekends, public holidays, and eveningsAt Accor, we welcome you as you are.
