About You
* Experienced Allied Health Assistant looking for meaningful regional work, or an allied health university student seeking hands‐on clinical skills
* Organised, proactive and confident supporting therapists and clients
* Comfortable engaging with children, young people, adults and families and able to work independently while also collaborating closely with a small team
* Enjoys creating resources, program delivery and making a positive impact
About The Role
* Work alongside experienced therapists to deliver engaging, goal‐focused programs
* Support one‐on‐one and group therapy sessions with local clients
* Create therapy resources and hands‐on activities that support client progress
* Record accurate session notes and activity data to support quality service delivery
* Receive clear guidance, mentoring and support by experienced therapists and leaders
* Contribute to smooth site operations and collaborate closely with the team
* Client‐facing role in program delivery, working towards set KPIs
Skills and Experience
* Experience as an Allied Health Assistant, Therapy Assistant or relevant lived experience
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, families and therapists
* Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage workflow
* Practical, flexible and able to support multiple programmes and activities
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital/therapy technologies
* Experience with AAC, specialised equipment or supporting neurodivergent clients (highly regarded)
* Understanding of disability types, family‐centred practice and inclusive support (desirable)
Education and Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (desirable)
* Qualifications in Community Services, Disability or Health Sciences (desirable)
* Currently studying an Allied Health degree (desirable)
* NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check (required)
