Job Description:

The role of the Patient Admin Officer is to provide administrative support to busy teams within government departments. This position requires an experienced Administrator to work across Monday to Sunday, approximately 76 hours per fortnight.

This involves liaising with patients, multidisciplinary staff and stakeholders, as well as managing patient queries regarding the Private Patient Incentive Program.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus and ability to work positively and effectively as part of a team.
