The newly built Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit at Noarlunga Hospital is opening its doors, offering a fresh, state-of-the-art environment in Adelaide's vibrant southern suburbs. Join our dynamic Mental Health Rehabilitation Services where your expertise as a Senior Dietitian will shape high-quality, clinical dietetic services. Make a profound impact by improving nutrition and community tenure for consumers with complex mental health needs, collaborating across a vital network. About the role: Duties for the role will include: Provide high quality evidence-informed nutrition assessment, diagnosis and treatment interventions for consumers with complex mental health needs. Provide expert consultancy and guidance for the multidisciplinary team regarding nutrition issues relevant to the treatment and rehabilitation of consumers. Contribute to the planning, development and continuous improvement of Mental Health Rehabilitation Services. Provide professional supervision and clinical leadership to designated staff, junior dietitians and students. About you: Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Australia (DA). Experienced Clinical Dietitian with highly developed nutrition assessment, diagnostic and treatment skills Eligible for membership with Dietitians Australia Experience as a Dietitian working with consumers with complex mental health needs Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
