As a Systems UX Engineer, you will play a key role in developing user-centered design solutions for our Air Traffic Management system.
You will work closely with our international feature team to co-design and develop ergonomic interfaces that meet the needs of our users.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with our Feature Team using a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
* Creating mock-ups of proposed solutions, including requirements, capability descriptions, functional behavior, and data exchanges
* Ensuring that all relevant constraints are considered, including Human Factor, Safety, Performance, and Security
* Building relationships with OPS teams and feature teams
* Presenting your designs to stakeholders
