The Maintenance Administration Officer - Half Cost Fencing is responsible for delivering administrative and client service support to the maintenance team, with a primary focus on half-cost fencing works. The role ensures compliance with the South Australian Fences Act 1975 by coordinating the installation of shared boundary fencing between the Trust's tenants and adjoining private property owners. Key accountabilities include administering financial and contracted support activities, managing data and records within the Trust's Connect system, and raising, confirming, and monitoring work orders. The position also plays a critical role in providing quality client service by supporting tenants and private property owners through the fencing process, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in line with legislative obligations.
Special Conditions
* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
* The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Driver's Licence, which must be maintained.
Role Status
Long term contract up to 6 November 2026.
