The Role
* Prepare accurate estimates and budgets.
* Manage tenders and supplier negotiations.
* Provide input on design, feasibility and value engineering.
* Support smooth handover to our delivery teams.

* Experience in estimating within commercial construction.
* Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
* Confident working with scopes, trade quotes and tenders.
