Job Description:
We seek an experienced, client-focused Test Analyst to ensure the quality of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, especially in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Payroll modules. You will translate client needs into robust test scenarios, develop and execute test plans, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues. A strong understanding of HR processes, confidentiality, and SAP Payroll testing is essential.
Your responsibilities include creating comprehensive test cases, validating payroll processes, identifying defects, and reporting findings clearly. Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing, HR knowledge, and client communication skills are required.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a Test Analyst with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Onboarding, and Payroll modules.
* Strong expertise in testing SAP Payroll processes.
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality.
* Proficiency in test documentation and defect tracking tools.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
* Proactive team player attitude.
* ISTQB certification or similar is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation is highly desirable.
