We're looking for talented Luxury Travel Consultants who have experience with high value, VIP travel bookings.
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and managing bespoke luxury travel itineraries for individual clients, groups, and tours
* Booking flights, insurance, accommodation, and pre/post-tour arrangements, ensuring every detail is perfect
* Building strong, personal relationships with clients, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations
* Liaising with suppliers and partners to secure exclusive access and experiences
* Managing bookings through GDS systems and maintaining accurate records
* Preparing and distributing travel documents, itineraries, and updates for clients
* Keeping up-to-date with luxury travel trends, destinations, and lifestyle offerings
Who We're Looking For
* 3+ years retail or corporate travel experience, with a proven track record in luxury or group travel
* Skilled with GDS systems and knowledgeable about fares, ticketing, and travel documentation
* A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings and deadlines
* Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable client experiences
* Resourceful, proactive, and confident in solving problems quickly
* Knowledgeable about luxury products, including premium airlines, hotels, dining, events, and lifestyle experiences
