About the Inside Sales Role

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Professional to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting sales teams by providing high-quality assistance.
* Managing the Salesforce pipeline and cadence on behalf of supported account managers.
* Analyzing prices for opportunities, including quoting, compliance, and execution.
* Understanding commercial modeling of products and profit margins.
* Managing reports and asset management.
* Assisting in tender responses and strategic opportunities.
* Providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Managing and retaining renewals.
* Proactive planning to ensure a seamless renewal process.
* Identifying opportunities to trade up to new products.
* Managing end-to-end sales processes for low to mid-range opportunities on behalf of supported account managers on existing accounts (new business & renewal).
* Building relationships across internal/external customers and partner networks to drive sales and brand growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
* Excellent positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
* Excellent English communication skills internally, corporation-wide, and externally.
* Familiarity with Fortinet's products and services is preferred.
* A basic understanding of IT networking fundamentals.
* A basic understanding of WiFi and its use in the market.
