Overview

Permanent full-time Personal Banking Advisor position at Westpac's Auburn branch. Empower customers to make the most of their money by offering tailored banking solutions, in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities
* Welcome customers to Westpac and engage in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
* Utilise product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals, both in person and over the phone.
* Refer customers to specialised Banking teams when necessary.
* Operate as part of a branch team with hours across Monday to Friday.
What you need
* Turkish or Chinese language capability is highly advantageous.
* Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing or phone-based role with experience of working to targets.
* Resilience and the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations.
* Comfortable working towards sales/referral targets and calling customers over the phone.
* Numerical capability, with proficiency in cash handling and counting, and the ability to complete financial transactions accurately.
* An energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
